All invoices are due prior to the start of services. Clients with ongoing services are invoiced for services rendered twice per month. Cash/Zelle/Cash App etc. are no longer accepted payment options for your invoice. You must pay with a credit card or a debit card through the link in the invoice email. Sitters can NOT accept payments for services! If you leave cash with the sitter, it is as a tip only and you must still pay your invoice via credit or debit card.

Price subject to change if the actual executed time of service is longer than the time booked, if there is damage to property caused by the pet, if the pet has urine or bowel release inside the home, or if additional services are requested. Additional charges apply for incidentals including but not limited to key pick-ups and drop-offs, if your pet requires transport to the vet or requires supplies to be acquired and purchased by the sitter. Posh Paws Pet Sitters will issue additional invoices after the initial payment for services, for any additional or corrected charges due for that booking.
All services are considered confirmed/booked once confirmed with the sitter or manager/owner. For a first-time client, bookings are confirmed after the meet and greet with the sitter if the client does not cancel the booking or bring up any concerns or issues to the manager or owner and the below noted cancellation fees apply. Holiday/Peak Seasons are as determined by Posh Paws staff and a holiday fee applies for all services.

We do not work with aggressive pets. Sitters reserve the right to report bites, attacks, and any false or misleading information provided by the owner regarding a pet’s temperament to local authorities at their discretion. Owner’s will be responsible for any medical costs arising from a pet’s behaviors.
Posh Paws reserves the right to charge additional fees as deemed appropriate and necessary for non-payment or overdue invoices. Posh Paws also reserves the right to send invoices to collection or bring clients to court if payment for services is not rendered, at the cost of the client.
Cancellation Policies:
Drop in visits/walks are subject to a $10 no notice cancellation fee per visit if the sitter begins to travel to the client's home or arrives at the home and the visit is unable to be completed or canceled by the client.
House Sitting services are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled with less than 4 weeks' notice (minimum 28 days' notice) and a 50% cancelation fee if cancelled with less than 1 weeks' notice (minimum 7 days' notice) at all times of the year.
Boarding, Daycare, and Pet Taxi are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled with less than 3 weeks' notice (minimum 21 days' notice) during Posh Paws Holidays/Peak Seasons.
